Saxifraga urbium
These are my favorite plants in the yard. They bloom in May every year, and are evergreen. They do not die back. The clump gets bigger and bigger and easily divided. It is the perfect plant!!! I dug this up at my childhood home in Astoria and I now have several plops around the house. Next year I shall be dividing them up and sharing with friends.
