Creamy Turkey Soup
3 cups water
4 medium potatos-peeled
4 stalks celery
1/2 stick butter
3 carrots-peeled
1 onion
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 can cream of chicken soup (or your favorite cream soup)
3 cups cut up turkey
1 can black beans-rinsed and drained
Cut and dice vegetables. Add to 4 quart pan. Add water, butter, spices, salt and pepper. Heat and boil, covered, for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix/whisk the soup, milk and corn starch together. Set aside.
Add the turkey, beans, and milk mixture to the cooked vegetables. Heat thoroughly but do not boil!! Enjoy!!

I might have to try that, especially right after Thanksgiving. It does sound good!
